Please include your device model and iOS version, and a short description of the issue. We typically reply within a few business days.

I bought coins/gems but didn't get them. Make sure you're connected to the internet, then reopen the Store and tap "Restore". If it still doesn't appear, email us with your purchase date.
How do I remove ads? Buy "Remove Ads" (or the Starter Bundle) in the Store. Use "Restore" to re-apply it on a new device.
Will I lose my progress? Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress synced across devices.
How do I play against friends? Open Ranked Duels → Private friend duel → share your code.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete account. This erases your data immediately. You can also email us.
